1. Order Processing Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Destinations We ship within India and to select international destinations. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at goodstuffstore24@gmail.com. 

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the courier's website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of the expected delivery date at goodstuffstore24@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

7. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Good Stuff is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
